Snails & Slugs
One of the most aggressive garden pests around – snails and slugs always return no matter what preventative actions you take. These pests attack a broad range of plants, leaving irregular-shaped holes and tend to be more active at night but do come out to feed during cooler, wetter conditions.
Silvery, shiny trails which can dry to appear like a metallic dust, made originally from the mucus secreted by the snails and slugs in order to move. Plants may present with holes in the leaves and seedlings chewed off at the base.
